Caraga Consortium for Agriculture, Forestry and Resources Research and Development (CCARRD) hopes better promotion on research and development programs in the region. With the establishment of the Regional One-Stop-Information-Shop (OSIS), makes R&D updates and other relevant information on agriculture, forestry and natural resources management more available to stakeholders. It is designed to strengthen the information delivery system of CCARRD and one of the media that could greatly contribute in the attainment of the targets of improving productivity and ensuring resource sustainability in the AFNR sector.

The CCARRD-OSIS is strategically located at Caraga State University Campus near the DOST Regional Office. The location is deliberate inasmuch as MSME developers come to DOST for the SETUP. With the OSIS just nearby, the business-technology interconnectivity is open to MSME operators.
